Jeremy Williams

Founder / Lead Developer

A disabled veteran who served 7 years as Army Infantry and 20+ years in the Home Services industry, owning both a roofing company and a solar company. Jeremy Williams brings real-world experience of owning and operating businesses, the discipline and integrity forged through military service, and the ability to code beautiful, custom-made digital products for his clients.

A U.S. Army Veteran Who Understands Operations

Jeremy is a disabled U.S. Army veteran. Service in the military is not a marketing credential — it is a frame of reference for how operations actually work under pressure, with limited resources, where failures have real consequences.

That background, combined with hands-on experience working inside real businesses, is what separates Flow State AI from a typical software agency. Most developers have never run an operation a day in their lives. Jeremy has, and it changes the questions he asks, the assumptions he challenges, and the solutions he builds.

When a business owner describes a problem, he is not mapping it to a feature list. He is mapping it to the actual workflow — and then figuring out where software can absorb the friction permanently.

The In-House Build Philosophy

Nothing is resold from another vendor or outsourced. The platform I built is available to license under your own brand. Every application is built in-house in TypeScript, Python, or whatever stack is right for the job — and it is built by Jeremy personally.

This matters because off-the-shelf SaaS products are built for a large, general market. They cannot anticipate every variation in how a specific business runs, so they force the business to adapt its process to fit the software. Custom-built software works the other way: the software is adapted to fit the process that already works.

Built for your workflow

Every build starts with a discovery conversation about how your specific operation works — not how a software vendor assumes it does.

You own what's built for you

Everything built specifically for your business belongs to you — the code, the logic, the data. Flow State AI retains its own tools and methods, which is standard practice. You are not locked into a proprietary SaaS product whose vendor can cut off access or raise prices unilaterally. Your software can be handed off to any hosting account you control.

Direct line of contact

One point of contact, no agency layers. When something needs adjusting, you reach the person who built it.

Direct Access — No Agency Layers

Flow State AI is structured as a solo practice by choice. When you work with Jeremy, you are talking to the person writing your code, not an account manager who relays your feedback to an overseas team.

This means decisions happen faster, misunderstandings get corrected in real time, and adjustments to scope or direction are a conversation — not a change order that takes three weeks to process.

The monthly support fee covers ongoing access to that direct relationship — hosting, maintenance, bug fixes, and a real person to contact when something changes in your business.
